Confidentiality Assurance: The identity of all beneficiaries is kept confidential to preserve their privacy and dignity.

Process for Assisting Beneficiaries:

  1. Identification: When the TBF is informed or becomes aware of a potential beneficiary, a legally required form (in accordance with SARS and PBO regulations) is sent to the individual.
  2. Form Assistance: If the individual cannot complete the form on their own, someone is sent to assist them.
  3. Review and Enquiries: The completed form is reviewed by the TBF EXCO. Discreet further enquiries may be made if necessary.
  4. Action: If the beneficiary’s needs align with the legal requirements of the PBO, SARS, and the TBF’s mandate, immediate support is provided.
  5. Ongoing Monitoring: The TBF continuously monitors each beneficiary’s situation, providing financial aid and practical support as needed.
  6. Confidentiality: The identity of beneficiaries remains fully confidential, known only to EXCO and other board members.
